Norfolk Care Association Ltd is a new organisation representing all social care organisations providing direct care to individuals and support to their families and operating in the Norfolk and Waveney area.

An extensive consultation undertaken with the social care sector and completed in April 2019 confirmed the most important role for a Care Association was to give a voice to providers when working with health and social care commissioners.

We are currently looking to recruit a Chief Executive to work with the Care Association Directors to realise this aspiration and ensure that Norfolk Care Association effectively represents and engages with all social care providers.

About You

We are seeking a skilled leader who can evidence success as a senior manager within the social care sector and who can build relationships and credibility with providers, stakeholders and service users.
